Designating the Chinese Communist Party as a Transnational Organized Crime Group Act

This bill requires the Department of Justice (DOJ) to designate the Chinese Communist Party as a transnational organized crime group and a top international criminal organization. DOJ must also report on violations of federal racketeering laws committed or aided by the Chinese Communist Party.
