DHS Transnational Criminal Investigative Units Act

This bill provides statutory authority for the Homeland Security Investigations Transnational Criminal Investigative Unit Program within the Department of Homeland Security.

The program coordinates homeland security investigations into transnational criminal organizations and cooperates with foreign law enforcement partners to facilitate the prosecution of transnational criminal organizations.
