Rural Disaster Support and Relief Act

This bill retroactively expands access to certain federal disaster relief for local governments and certain public and nonprofit facilities.

Specifically, it increases the federal share of disaster relief assistance for emergencies or disasters declared in calendar years 2020 and 2021 for local governments with populations of less than 50,000.
