Protecting Officers of the Law In Civilian Establishments Act of 2021 or the POLICE Act of 2021

This bill modifies federal restrictions on the possession of firearms and dangerous weapons in federal facilities.

Specifically, the bill permits uniformed law enforcement officers to carry agency-issued firearms and dangerous weapons in certain federal facilities that are open to the general public.
