This resolution opposes and condemns the potential prosecution of U.S. and Israeli nationals by the International Criminal Court (ICC).

Further, it declares that it should be U.S. policy to pursue a resolution by the United Nations Security Council prohibiting the ICC from prosecuting nationals of states, such as the United States and Israel, that are not parties to the treaty establishing the ICC.
