This resolution urges the President to negotiate a treaty with partners in the Indo-Pacific to ensure a free and open Internet without economically damaging cyberattacks. The treaty shall include the creation of an Information Sharing Analysis Center to monitor and mitigate cyber threats for parties to the treaty.
