Stop Internet Sexual Exploitation Act

This bill requires online platforms that publish pornographic images to require users uploading depictions of sexually explicit conduct to verify that they are of the minimum age to consent to sexual acts and provide a signed consent form from each individual depicted. Such platforms also must prominently display instructions for requesting the removal of such content if a depicted individual has not consented to an upload.
