Algorithmic Fairness Act of 2020

This bill establishes requirements for companies that use algorithmic processes utilizing machine learning, advanced statistical techniques, artificial intelligence, or similar techniques to make determinations about opportunities or access to education, employment, housing, health insurance, or other services.

Additionally, the Federal Trade Commission must study these techniques and enforce the requirements of this bill.
