Protecting Vulnerable Population's Data Act of 2020

This bill prohibits businesses that collect consumer personal information from selling lists containing the personal information of vulnerable populations, which include survivors of abuse, victims of violent crimes, and individuals diagnosed with certain diseases, among others.
