Compassionate Care Act

This bill establishes and expands various programs and activities within the Department of Health and Human Services that support and promote end-of-life care and advance care planning. It also permanently authorizes a physician or nurse practitioner to recertify via telehealth a patient's eligibility for Medicare hospice benefits.
