This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to submit a report on the Veteran Engagement Through Electronic Resources and Notifications Study, which is a pilot program under which veterans who have recently undergone surgery related to atrial fibrillation utilize VA-issued smart watches to monitor their heart health.
