Permanently Uniting Pets Stateside Act or the PUPS Act
This bill requires U.S. Customs and Border Protection to permit the entry of a pet (i.e., a domestic dog, cat, or bird) into the United States if it is accompanying a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted alien who has been living or traveling abroad and is returning to the United States during a public health emergency.
