Preventing Actions Undermining Security without Endorsement Act or the PAUSE Act

This bill prohibits the termination or withdrawal of the United States from certain international agreements (e.g., the New START Treaty or the Constitution of the World Health Organization) without (1) a detailed justification for, and specified certifications related to, the termination or withdrawal; and (2) a joint resolution approving the action.
