Ensuring Public Safety's Access to Airwaves Act of 2020
This bill repeals the requirement that the Federal Communications Commission reallocate designated spectrum currently used for public safety. Further, it requires the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, taking into account certain considerations, to identify a specified amount of federal spectrum that shall be reallocated for the provision of private commercial mobile and fixed wireless broadband internet access service.
