Timely and Effective Systematic Testing Act or the TEST Act

This bill requires the Department of Health and Human Services, the Government Accountability Office, and others to incorporate laboratory data and lessons from recent public health emergencies in grants, reports, and other activities focused on biosurveillance, electronic case reporting, and interoperability of public health and health care data systems.
