PPE Supply Chain Transparency Act of 2020

This bill requires the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to issue, within 90 days, a public report on the security and resilience of the supply chain for personal protective equipment during the COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) pandemic. This equipment includes face masks, protective clothing, and other supplies designed to protect the wearer from injury or infection.
