Support Baseball in Communities Act

This bill makes a Major League Baseball team that reduces its number of affiliated minor league teams ineligible to receive support under (1) the Paycheck Protection Program established to support small businesses in response to COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019), or (2) certain other economic stabilization and assistance programs implemented in response to COVID-19.
