Coronavirus Mobile Collection Site Act

This bill requires the Department of Health and Human Services to reimburse states for the full cost of operating drive-through testing sites for COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) during the public health emergency declared on January 31, 2020. To be eligible for such reimbursement, states may not charge individuals for the testing.
