Incubator Network and Startup Success Act
This bill requires the Department of Commerce to establish an incubator network and startup success program to award grants to networks of organizations that provide resources and services to accelerate the growth and success of startups. The bill places certain requirements on grant applicants to certify that their resources and services benefit entrepreneurs who are socially or economically disadvantaged individuals, women, veterans, or disabled individuals.
