Mitigating Emergency Drug Shortages Act

This bill requires the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to prioritize the review of life-saving or life-sustaining drugs that are facing shortages. The bill also requires manufacturers to report certain information to the FDA when there is a permanent discontinuance or interruption in the manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients for such drugs.
