Infrastructure Spending Limit Act of 2019

This bill modifies the discretionary spending limits for FY2020 to (1) establish a separate discretionary spending limit for infrastructure spending, and (2) exclude infrastructure spending from the existing discretionary spending limits for defense and nondefense spending.

The bill also specifies the appropriations accounts and programs that are categorized as infrastructure spending for the purposes of the modified discretionary spending limits.
