This bill modifies several provisions with respect to Medigap policies (Medicare supplemental health insurance policies) and other requirements under Medicare.

Among other things, the bill (1) expands guaranteed issue rights with respect to Medigap policies, which require that a policy be offered to any eligible applicant without regard to health status; and (2) establishes an annual cost-sharing limit under Medicare of $5,500 beginning in 2022, with annual adjustments thereafter.
