Ensuring Representation for Survivors Act

This bill reauthorizes through FY2024 and otherwise revises the Legal Assistance for Victims Grant Program. Specifically, the bill allows states to receive and distribute a certain percentage of total grant funding to implement, expand, and establish efforts to provide legal assistance (e.g., pro bono representation and legal advocacy) to survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, and sexual assault.
