CPSC CIO Parity Act

This bill specifies that the Chief Information Officer of the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), or another senior information technology official, must participate in the CPSC's planning, budgeting, management, and personnel practices with respect to information technology. The bill further requires the CPSC to appoint a Chief Data Officer and a Chief Technologist.
