This bill modifies the criminal law enforcement authority of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

Specifically, it removes the statutory authority for a criminal law enforcement officer of the EPA to carry firearms. Additionally, an EPA law enforcement officer must notify state and local law enforcement agencies before executing and serving a warrant.
