Securing And Verifying Elections in America Act or the SAVE America Act

This bill establishes proof of citizenship and identification requirements for registering to vote and voting in federal elections, creates additional requirements for voting by mail, and requires states to separately count mail-in ballots. Additionally, the bill requires the Department of Justice to establish a system through which individuals may report incidents of election fraud, and provides for enhanced penalties for certain crimes related to federal elections.
