Badr Organization Designation Act of 2020

This bill prohibits the use of federal funds to support the Badr Organization, and it requires the Department of State to determine whether the organization meets criteria for (1) designation as a foreign terrorist organization, and (2) the imposition of certain sanctions. The Badr Organization is an Iran-based political party and the military arm of the Supreme Council for the Islamic Revolution in Iraq.
