Middle East Advanced Military Technology Protection Act

This bill requires the President to make specified certifications to Congress before transferring certain defense articles or defense services to any country in the Middle East other than Israel. The certifications must include, for example, that the recipient country has a peace agreement with Israel and that it will not use the articles or services to commit human rights violations.
