Mobilizing Restaurants in America Act of 2020

This bill revises the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, formerly known as the food stamp program) to authorize the use of SNAP benefits to purchase meals for immediate consumption and frozen prepacked meals at approved retail food stores and restaurants during a major disaster or emergency declaration.
