Reopen Small Businesses Safely Act

This bill requires the Small Business Administration to allow recipients of economic injury disaster loans to use such loans for the purchase of items that are necessary to ensure the health and safety of employees and customers in response to COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019).
