New Jersey, New York, and Highly Impacted States COVID-19 Relief Fund Act

This bill provides additional appropriations for the Department of the Treasury to make payments to states, territories, tribal governments, cities, counties, and other units of local government to mitigate the fiscal effects of the COVID-19 public health emergency.
