Ensuring Safe Housing for Homeless During the COVID-19 Pandemic Act of 2020

This bill allows homeless assistance grants provided in response to the COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) pandemic to be used to rent hotel or motel rooms even when an emergency shelter is available.
