Informed Resident Notification Act of 2020

This bill requires the Department of Housing and Urban Development to establish guidelines, requirements, and procedures for public housing agencies to promptly notify residents if any resident of the public housing project has tested positively for COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019).
