First Responder Resiliency Act of 2020

This bill removes matching fund requirements for job-related mental health issues for fire and emergency medical services first responders under the firefighter assistance grant program, and for law enforcement first responders under the public safety and community policing (COPS ON THE BEAT) grant program.
