YouthBuild International Act

This bill authorizes the President to establish a program to provide certain assistance to developing countries.

The purposes of such program include (1) providing disadvantaged youth with opportunities to receive the education and training necessary to achieve economic self-sufficiency; and (2) expanding the supply of permanent affordable housing for homeless individuals and low-income families and improving the quality of community, nonprofit, and public facilities.
