Safer Harbors for Our Recreation Economy Act or the SHORE Act

This bill requires the Office of Management and Budget and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to account for recreation-based benefits and costs when conducting cost-benefit analyses for harbor maintenance, intracoastal waterways, and inland waterways projects.
