World War II Pacific War Heroes Congressional Gold Medal Act

This bill directs Congress to make arrangements for the presentation of a Congressional Gold Medal in recognition of the service of the men and women of the U.S. Armed Forces and Merchant Marine, as well as the citizen and noncitizen civilians who fought with the U.S. military, who were surrendered, captured, or abandoned to become prisoners of war of Japan during World War II.
