The Prairie Island Indian Community Land Claim Settlement Act

This bill takes into trust approximately 1,244.75 acres of specified lands in Minnesota for the benefit of the Prairie Island Indian Community. Lands taken into trust shall be part of the tribe's reservation.

The bill also outlines waivers, releases, and retentions of claims by the tribe and the United States under the settlement agreement.
