Certainty for End-Users Act

This bill revises provisions regarding exemptions to the clearing requirement for commodity swaps, also known as the end-user exception. Among other things, the bill addresses qualifying financial entities, risk management activities of affiliated nonfinancial entities, margin requirements for certain insurance companies, and major swap participants.
