Cents for Sense Act of 2019

This bill establishes the Traveler's Border Protection Fund and directs the Transportation Security Administration to transfer unclaimed money recovered at airport security checkpoints into the fund. The fund shall be available only to the Department of Homeland Security for the construction or maintenance of a barrier on the U.S.-Mexico border.
