Wireless Investment Now in 5G Act or the WIN 5G Act

This bill addresses wireless network technology, including by requiring the Federal Communications Commission to designate a transition facilitator (i.e., an organization consisting of all satellite operators providing mid-band spectrum) to create a transition plan for reallocating mid-band spectrum.
