Keeping HSAs Accessible Act of 2019

This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code to eliminate the ceiling on the sum of the annual deductible and out-of-pocket expenses required under a high deductible health plan (i.e., $5,000 for self-only coverage and twice that amount for family coverage), for purposes of  health saving account eligibility.
