Affordable Housing Opportunities for Utilization, Sustainment, and Expansion Act of 2019 or the Affordable HOUSE Act

This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code, with respect to the low-income housing tax credit, to modify the basis limitation rules applicable to the acquisition of buildings in service within the previous 10 years.
