No Federal Funds for Public Charge Act of 2019
This bill prohibits the use of federal funds to implement, administer, enforce, or carry out the proposed Department of Homeland Security rule entitled Inadmissibility on Public Charge Grounds. The rule makes aliens who are likely at any time to become a public charge and receive certain public benefits inadmissible.
