Environmental Infrastructure Assistance Act

The bill requires the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to establish a program that provides environmental assistance to nonfederal interests in Arizona, such as construction assistance for water-related environmental infrastructure, assistance for surface water resource protection and development, or technical assistance to small and rural communities for water planning and issues relating to access to water resources.
