Captive Primate Safety Act
This bill revises requirements governing the trade of wildlife species. Among other things, the bill adds nonhuman primate species to the list of wildlife species that may not be imported, exported, transported, sold, received, acquired, or purchased in interstate or foreign commerce.
In addition, the bill revises requirements concerning the persons exempted from the prohibition.
