Jobs, Not Waste Act of 2019

This bill prohibits the Department of Energy from licensing, planning, developing, or constructing a nuclear waste repository at Yucca Mountain in Nevada until the Office of Management and Budget conducts a study on the economic viability of alternative uses of the site and Congress holds a hearing on the findings.
