Appalachian Forest National Heritage Area Act of 2019

This bill establishes the Appalachian Forest National Heritage Area to include specified counties in Maryland and West Virginia.

The bill designates the Appalachian Forest Heritage Area, Inc., as the local coordinating entity for the area and requires it to submit a plan that provides for the management and conservation of the cultural, natural, historical, educational, scenic, and recreational resources of the area.
