Congratulates the people of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania on the 100th anniversary of their declarations of independence.

Commends: (1) the people and governments of such countries for their successful reforms and economic growth since 1991, and (2) such countries for their commitment to democracy and respect for human rights and for their leadership in furthering those values abroad.

Applauds the partnership the United States enjoys with the Baltic states in many spheres, including the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.

Recognizes the determination of such governments to strengthen transatlantic security.

Reiterates the continued support of the Senate for the European Deterrence Initiative.
