IRGC Terrorist Designation Act

This bill expresses the sense of Congress that Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) meets the criteria for designation as a foreign terrorist organization and should be so designated by the Department of State.

State shall report to Congress on whether the IRGC meets such criteria and, if not, on which criteria have not been met.
